• Upper Pond Creek Trail- From Tamarack to Lake Coffey easily hiked trail 1.0 mile
• Lower Pond Creek Trail- From Lake Coffey to Locust Ridge Road moderately to hard hiked trail 1.0 mile
• Wild Iris Loop Trail- moderately hiked trail 1.6 miles
• Grassy Gap Creek Trail- From Hawthorne to Buckeye Lake easily to moderately hiked trail 2.0 miles

Some trails of interest on Grandfather Mountain:

• The Woods Walk- 4/10 of a mile
• The Black Rock Nature Trail- estimated time of round trip is 1 hour
• The Bridge Trail- estimated time of round trip is 40 minutes
